Tourism Swansea Bay
Tourism Swansea Bay (TSB) is an independent membership trade organisation that supports tourism, leisure and hospitality businesses in the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot Council areas.
Tourism Swansea Bay, originally formed in 2003, became TSB when it merged with Neath Port Talbot Hoteliers in 2006. TSB currently have just over 300 members and we have a strong committee of 18 who represent different areas / sectors of our membership. As a trade organisation, Tourism Swansea Bay have regular meetings with both Swansea and Neath and Port Talbot Councils, Visit Wales, organisations or governing bodies that have an influence on the tourism, leisure & hospitality industry. We regularly work in partnership with our equivalent associations in Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire areas and in 2010 won the Working in Partnership award at the Wales National Tourism Awards. We are primarily here to represent tourism, leisure and hospitality businesses, not just locally but on a regional and national level as the independent voice of the tourism, leisure and hospitality businesses in the area. We provide business support, training and networking opportunities for all our members, enabling them to be more effective in their business, therefore giving visitors to the Swansea Bay area a better experience.
