Salutation Inn
The Salutation Inn Bed and Breakfast in Newport, Pembrokeshire dates from the 16th century and was originally a coaching inn, The Salutation Inn Bed and Breakfast has recently been tastefully modernised to give 21st century comfort to their guests.
Many of the original features of the old inn have been retained and now blend perfectly with the modern and well appointed bed and breakfast accommodation, bars and spacious restaurant. The Inn with its 8 comfortable bed & breakfast rooms is an ideal base for local leisure activities such as walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and Preseli Hills. Cycling, bird watching, fishing and horse riding are also available locally. All major attractions in both Pembrokeshire and Cardiganshire are within a short drive or bus ride from the inn. If your visit is simply to relax and take in the country air, we are able to offer you a quiet, relaxing haven, well away from the pressures of life. The Inn is tucked away in the sleepy village of Felindre Farchog with the crystal clear meandering River Nevern winding its way alongside our Inn. There is also a nice woodland walk from the Inn that leads to St Brynach’s Church at Nevern, famous for its Celtic Cross and bleeding Yew trees.
