Glanusk Events run a number of in house events throughout the year which include music and sporting, conveniently located in Crickhowell, Powys, 2.5 hours from London, 2 hours from Birmingham, 45 minutes from Cardiff and with good rail links to Abergavenny. Glanusk Estate also has the capability for landing helicopters on its grounds by arrangement for special events, functions or festivals.
Glanusk Estate has been home to many events including the Green Man Festival, an independent music and arts festival held annually in mid-August since 2003. The Green Man Festival is the largest contemporary music and arts festival held in Wales and is recognised as a major event by the Welsh Government. The Rat race adventure challenge event was a totally unique adventure challenge weekend where participants ran, rode and kayaked as many of the specially designed adventure loops they could in a 10 hour period. A highlight in the diary is the Glanusk Estate Fayre and NGS Open Garden which features artisans from all over Wales as well as the artisan business based on the Estate. The 2019 Estate Fayre was a Finalist in the Mid Wales Tourism Awards. With beautiful grounds, historical architecture, 5 miles of the River Usk, Glanusk Estate is the perfect spot for your event. The Estate has a huge variety of buildings, landscapes and backdrops that are perfect for events of all sizes.
