Inspired by Lady Sarah’s sketches of the Chateaus of the Loire Valley, her husband Sir John Hay-Williams set about building Chateau Rhianfa for his wife and daughters between 1849-1851. Today the Château welcomes guests to sit back and relax whilst enjoying the stunning architecture, on the banks of the Menai Strait. The perfect location for romantic getaways, or to celebrate special occasions with your loved ones. Chateau Rhianfa has a collection of 27 bedrooms, from our Standard Lodge Rooms all the way to our stunning Superior Suites, as well as our Cottage Suites.
