Broomfield House East Wing is a part of a Grade 11 listed Georgian house standing in an elevated position commanding stunning views across the Wye Valley to the hills beyond.  There are five acres of gardens and woodland where you can wander or just relax.  With the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains within easy reach the location is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding countryside or the bookshops of Hay-on-Wye. Broomfield House East Wing consists of a kitchen painted in Wedgwood green with matching Denby and Wedgwood china, an electric induction hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge and freezer.  A utility room with washing machine and a downstairs cloakroom.  An elegant and comfortable Drawing/Dining room furnished with antiques of the period together with sofas and chairs are set around an open fire. There are glorious views from this room across the Wye Valley at Glasbury to Maesllwych Castle across the valley. Upstairs the three bedrooms are all en-suite. The Master suite situated at the front of the house with views across the River Wye valley has an antique four poster king size bed and a small separate sitting room.  The en-suite bathroom has a roll topped bath. The second bedroom also situated at the front of the house with river views has an elegant Victorian upholstered double bed, a large en-suite bathroom with free standing bath and corner shower. The third bedroom a double with oak beams and en-suite shower room is situated at the back of the wing looking towards woodland.
